I am looking for a 3bedroom 2 bath doublewide mobile home to live in for the rem in Henderson, Nevada

Double wide mobile home in fair condition, I am handicapped and use a motorized wheelchair, am on disability as my only income and have no savings. I am not asking for a handout, but I have poor credit do to the fact of my disability, but not my integrity, I cannot make large payments on some of these lots, that some of these homes are on, so I am looking for someone who can owner finance me a home that I can live in for the rest of my life, that no one will ever take away from me again...I had a home and because of my illness they took mine that I had paid 9 yrs of a 15 yr mtg..and would not turn it over to a 40yr mtg so I could keep it, because I got sick and my husband left because of this illness...neither here nor there....I just want my home again...so if anyone has something they think I can afford, please let me know...I make $969 a month and only have a couple of bills...I could afford a $4-500 mtg.
